Road Realignment in Mackenzie District—Spur Road

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager (Lands and Property), Department of Survey and Land Information, Christchurch, hereby:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road and vested in The Mackenzie District Council; and

(b) Pursuant to sections 116, 117 and 120 (3), declares the portion of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped and vested in Bruce George Adams and John Duncan McFarlane (and shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 21F/1124, Canterbury Land Registry).

First Schedule

Canterbury Land District

2079 square metres, situated in Block VIII, Tengawai Survey District, being part Rural Section 27832, as shown marked “C” on S.O. Plan 14518, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Christchurch.
