foreshore described in the First Schedule to this order for the purpose of holding athletic sports or games, and may, by bylaws, fix a charge for admission to such enclosed part or parts: Provided that the total number of days on which such enclosures are made shall not exceed six in any one year.

(c) All money received by the Council in the performance or exercise of the functions, duties, or powers conferred on it by this Order in respect of the foreshores to which this Order applies, shall, after the deduction of any expenditure incurred by the Council in the performance or exercise of those functions, duties or powers, be applied to the construction, repair or improvement of natural values and/or facilities in respect of those foreshores and not otherwise.

(d) Nothing herein contained shall authorise the Council to remove or cause to be removed any stone, sand, shingle, or shells without the consent of the Minister being first obtained.

The Tariff (Statistical Requirements) Amendment Notice 1991

Pursuant to section 10 (2) of the Tariff Act 1988, the Secretary of Commerce gives the following notice.

Title and commencement—(1) This notice may be cited as the Tariff (Statistical Requirements) Amendment Notice 1991.

(2) This notice shall come into force on the 1st day of July 1991.
