Ross Wayne Napier of Te Kauwhata, hereby gives notice that on the 24th day of May 1991, he appointed Kim Scott Thompson of Hamilton, chartered accountant, as receiver and manager of the property of The Great New Zealand Gym Company Ltd. under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 22nd day of April, 1988, which property consists of all the undertaking, goodwill and assets relating to the operation of the business carried on by the said The Great New Zealand Gym Company Ltd.
