Notice of Appointment of Receivers of Income

In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of Scancorp Developments Ltd.:

NZI Bank Ltd., NZI Finance Ltd. and NZI Securities Ltd. hereby gives notice that on the 23rd day of May 1991, it appointed Colin Thomas McCloy and Michael Peter Stiassny jointly and severally as receivers of income of the land in certificate of title 771/225 (North Auckland Registry) as charged by a certain mortgage No. B. 917365.4 given by Scancorp Developments Ltd. in favour of NZI Bank Ltd., NZI Finance Ltd. and NZI Securities Ltd.

The situation of the office of the receivers of income is Ferrier Hodgson & Co, Chartered Accountants, Fifth Floor, Quay Tower, 29 Customs Street West, Auckland.
