The Film Investment Corporation of New Zealand Ltd.
Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
DFC Financial Services Ltd. (under statutory management) (“the debenture holders”), hereby give notice that on the 29th day of May 1991, they appointed Bruce McCallum and David Ross Petterson, both of Wellington, chartered accountants, jointly and severally to be receivers and managers of all the undertaking, property and assets charged by the debenture dated the 30th day of June 1987, given by The Film Investment Corporation of New Zealand Ltd. in favour of the debenture holders.
The situation of the office of the receivers and managers is Price Waterhouse, Eighth Floor, Price Waterhouse Centre, 11–17 Church Street, Wellington.
