Declaration of Lands Required for and Lands No Longer Required for Road Improvement Land in Manukau City

At its meeting held on 20 May 1991, and in pursuance of the powers vested in it by section 373 of the Local Government Act 1974 and every other power enabling it in that behalf, The Auckland Regional Council resolved as follows:

That the lands described in the First Schedule hereto previously declared by The Auckland Regional Authority to be road improvement lands are now no longer required to be road improvement land, and that the lands described in the Second Schedule hereto be declared and the same are hereby declared to be road improvement land within the meaning and for the purposes of the said Act.

First Schedule

All those portions of land situated in Manukau City in the North Auckland Registration District shown cross hatched on the Council’s Drawing No. 714215-01A. The lands affected as shown in detail on the said plan but a general description of them is as follows:

(a) Western Side of Ti Rakau Drive
