Appointment to Control and Manage a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, Wellington Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby appoints The Wellington Regional Council to control and manage for recreation purposes the Dry Creek Recreation Reserve, being all that land in Lower Hutt City contained in New Zealand Gazette, 1989, No. 107, page 2757.
