Pursuant to Section 86 (3) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985

Notice is hereby given of the forfeiture of the motor vehicle owned by Nicholas Zane Culling of Dunedin.

Ford Falcon 1977, registration No. LJ4120.

Subject to an order for forfeiture issued from this Court on 22 May 1991, pursuant to section 84 of the Criminal Justice Act 1985.

Transport

International Air Services Licensing Act 1947

Notice of Application for the Renewal of an International Air Service Licence

Pursuant to section 15 of the International Air Services Licensing Act 1947, notice is hereby given that Air New Zealand Ltd. has applied for the renewal of its international air service licence to operate international air services for the carriage of passengers, cargo and mail from 1 July 1991, and that it is proposed that the renewal be granted for a period of 5 years from that date. Further details are available from the Acting General Manager, Air Transport Division, Ministry of Transport, P.O. Box 31-441, Lower Hutt.

Any person or organisation desiring to make representations relating to this application, must forward the representations in writing to reach me on or before 20 June 1991.

Traffic Regulations 1976

LPG Fuel System Component Approval

Pursuant to regulation 90b of the Traffic Regulations 1976 (as inserted by the Traffic Regulations 1976, Amendment No. 7) and pursuant to the powers delegated to me by the Secretary for Transport, I, Hugh Carnen Matheson, Senior Automotive Engineer, hereby approve the component listed in the Schedule hereto for inclusion in any LPG automotive fuel system installed and operated in accordance with the requirements of New Zealand Standard NZS 5422, Part 1, 1987 subject to the conditions of approval set out in this notice.

LPG Multivalve

M.O.T. Reference Description
AF L10 Meridian Multivalve as specified on Myttron’s Ltd drawing No. HLM 318/360 dated 15 December 1986

Conditions of Approval

The multivalve is approved subject to the following conditions:

  1. The valves shall be manufactured, tested and marked in accordance with Australian Standard AS2613.
  2. The maximum water capacity of containers to which these valves may be fitted is 140 litres when the valve discharges into a compartment or sub compartment.

Transport Act 1962

The Traffic (Waikato District) Notice No. 1, 1991

Pursuant to the Transport Act 1962, a delegation from the Minister of Transport, and a subdelegation from the Secretary for Transport, I, Carne Maurice Clissold, Controller, Road and Traffic Standards, give the following notice.

Notice

This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Waikato District) Notice No. 1, 1991.

The area specified in the First Schedule is declared to be the closely populated locality for the purposes of section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.

The roads specified in the Second Schedule are declared to be 70 kilometre per hour speed limit areas pursuant to regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976.

The Traffic (Huntly Borough) Notice No. 1, 1972, dated on the 5th day of May 1972, issued pursuant to section 52 of the Transport Act 1962 and regulation 27A of the Traffic Regulations 1956, is revoked.

The Traffic (Raglan County) Notice No. 1, 1989, signed on the 21st day of March 1989, issued pursuant to section 52 of the Transport Act 1962 and regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976, is revoked.

First Schedule

Situated within Waikato District at Huntly:

All that area bounded by a line commencing at a point on the eastern side of the No. 1 State Highway (Awanu/Bluff) 80 metres measured northerly, generally, along the said State highway from Hakanoa Street; thence south-westerly, generally, by a right line to a point on the western side of Harris Street 50 metres measured southerly, generally, along the said street from Fairfield Avenue; thence northerly, generally, along the western side of Harris Street to the northern side of Fairfield Avenue; thence westerly, generally, by a right line to the northern terminating end of Penman Place; thence south-westward, generally, by a right line to the western terminating end of Hall Street; thence south-westerly, generally, by a right line to the north-western terminating end of Leather Street; thence south-easterly, generally, along the south-western side of Leather Street to the north-western side of Paki Street; thence southerly, generally, by a right line to a point on the eastern side of Western Road 300 metres measured northerly, generally, along the said road from Porritt Avenue; thence southerly, generally, along the eastern side of Western Road to the southern side of Porritt Avenue; thence south-easterly, generally, by a right line to a point on the eastern side of Huntly West Road 600 metres measured southerly, generally, along the said road from Porritt Avenue; thence north-easterly, generally, by a right line to the western side of the No. 1 State Highway (Awuanu/Bluff) at its intersection with the southern side of Jackson Road; thence northerly, generally, along the western side of the said State highway to a point 80 metres measured southerly, generally.
