A DECLARATION

Pursuant to section 60 (2) of the Patents Act 1953 and section 10 (2) of the Designs Act 1953, I, Dame Catherine Anne Tizard, the Governor-General of New Zealand, do hereby declare that the Canterbury Agricultural and Pastoral International Show to be held at Christchurch, New Zealand from Wednesday, 13 November 1991 to Friday, 15 November 1991, to be an Industrial Exhibition for the purposes of the said Acts.
