Take notice that on Thursday, the 23rd day of May 1991, Dion Michael Murphy of Auckland, financial management consultant, was appointed as receiver and manager of the property of Arcadia Investments No. 2 Ltd., pursuant to an order of the High Court at Auckland, made on the 23rd day of May 1991 by Mr Justice Thorp with such powers more particularly defined in the said order, in respect of the property, undertaking, goodwill and assets of the business carried by the said Arcadia Investments No. 2 Ltd.

Further particulars can be obtained from the receiver, whose address is the First Floor, Administrator House, 44 Anzac Avenue, Auckland.

Pursuant to Section 346 (1) of the Companies Act 1955

Benchmark Building Supplies Ltd. hereby give notice that on the 17th day of May 1991, they appointed Ian Bryce Henderson and Stuart Bowden Burns of Rotorua, chartered accountants, whose office is care of Messrs Spicer & Oppenheim, Chartered Accountants, Spicer House, 22-24 Pukaki Street, Rotorua as the receivers and managers for all the assets in the above-named company under the power contained in an instrument dated the 30th day of October 1989, being a debenture from Fairmont Developments Ltd. to Benchmark Building Supplies Ltd.

ASB Bank Ltd. (“the debenture holder”), hereby gives notice that on the 17th day of May 1991, it appointed Laurence George Chilcott and Peter Charles Chatfield of Auckland, chartered accountants, jointly and severally to be receivers and managers of the undertaking, property and assets charged by the debenture dated the 12th day of December 1988, given by Global Tyres N.Z. Ltd. in favour of the debenture holder.

Such appointment having been made at the request of the directors of Global Tyres N.Z. Ltd.

The receivers and managers have been appointed in respect of all the company’s undertaking and all its real and personal property and all its assets and effects, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.
