Advertisement of Application for Winding Up of a Company by the Court

Take notice that on the 12th day of March 1991, an application for the winding up of Orzel Industries Limited by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.

The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on Thursday, the 6th day of June 1991 at 2.15 p.m.

Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.

The applicant is Canterbury International Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of the firm of Parks, Solicitors, Level 4, 12 Kent Street, Newmarket, Auckland.
