Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 291 (1) of the Companies Act 1955, that the final meeting of the creditors of the above named company will be held in the boardroom, Fifth Floor, Te Waipounamu House, 127 Armagh Street, Christchurch on the 30th day of May 1991 at 11 a.m., for the purpose:

(1) Having an account laid before it showing how the winding up has been conducted and the property of the company disposed of and to receive any explanation thereof by the liquidators.
