The Bank of New Zealand and the Commonwealth Bank of Australia, both being duly registered banks with registered offices at Melbourne, Australia, hereby give notice that on the 23rd day of April 1991, they appointed Dean Royston McVeigh and Lindsay Philip Maxsted, accountants of KPMG Peat Marwick, Melbourne, Australia; and on the 29th day of April 1991, they appointed Gerald Stanley Rea, accountant of KPMG Peat Marwick, Auckland, as receivers and managers of the property of Communications and Entertainment (N.Z.) Ltd. under the powers contained in two debentures, both dated the 17th day of July 1990, and granted respectively in favour of the Bank of New Zealand and the Commonwealth Bank of Australia, which property consists of all freehold and leasehold land, fixed plant and machinery, patents, trade names, unpaid and uncalled capital and goodwill, and all other assets.

Offices of the receivers and managers are care of KPMG Peat Marwick, 500 Bourke Street, Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, and care of KPMG Peat Marwick, Fifth Level, KPMG Peat Marwick Centre, 9 Princes Street, Auckland.
