Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager
Pursuant to Section 346 (1) (a) of the Companies Act 1955

DFC Financial Services Ltd. (under statutory management), a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Wellington, with reference to Howard Smith Ltd., hereby gives notice that on the 7th day of May 1991, it appointed James Bruce Alfred McAlister of Christchurch, chartered accountant, whose office is at the firm of Deloitte Ross Tohmatsu, Deloitte House, 32 Oxford Terrace, to be receiver and manager of all the undertaking, property and assets of this company charged by a certain debenture dated the 22nd day of May 1987 and given by this company to DFC Financial Services Ltd.

The receiver has been appointed in respect of all the company’s undertaking and all its property and assets, whatsoever and wheresoever, situate both present and future, including its uncalled capital and called but unpaid capital.

Dated the 7th day of May 1991.

Pursuant to Section 346 (1) of the Companies Act 1955

The Bank of New Zealand with reference to Display Systems Ltd., hereby gives notice that on the 2nd day of May 1991, the bank appointed Laurence George Chilcott and Peter Charles Chatfield, both chartered accountants, whose offices are at Smith Chilcott & Co., Chartered Accountants, corner of Shortland and O’Connell Streets, Auckland, jointly and severally as receivers of the property of this company under the powers contained in an instrument dated the 26th day of October 1983.

The receivers have been appointed in respect of all the company’s undertaking and all its real and personal property and all its assets and effects, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.

Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

Consumer Finance Corporation Ltd., gives notice that on the 2nd day of May 1991, it appointed Laurence George Chilcott and Peter Charles Chatfield of Auckland, chartered accountants, jointly and severally as receivers and managers of the assigned property (as defined in a deed of assignment by way of mortgage of finance receivables dated the 29th day of August 1990 ("the assignment") of Smithcorp Finance Ltd. (in receivership) pursuant to powers contained in the assignment a copy of which was duly registered with the Registrar of Companies at Christchurch on the 30th day of August 1990.

The offices of the receivers and managers are situated at the offices of Smith Chilcott, Chartered Accountants, First Floor, General Buildings, Shortland Street, P.O. Box 5545, Auckland.

Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager

ASB Bank Ltd. ("the debenture holder"), hereby gives notice that on the 29th day of April 1991, it appointed Raymond Gordon Burgess of Auckland, chartered accountant, to be receiver and manager of the undertaking property and assets charged by the debenture dated the 21st day of December 1989, given by I.C. Middleton Investments Ltd. in favour of the debenture holder. Such appointment having been made at the request of the directors of I.C. Middleton Investments Ltd.
