Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a
delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor of
the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton,
declares that an agreement to that effect having been entered
into, the easement described in the First Schedule hereto is
hereby acquired for right of way purposes in connection with a
railway over the land described in the Second Schedule hereto,
to be held appurtenant to the adjoining land held for the East
Coast Main Trunk Railway (as shown E.C.M.T. Rly on S.O.
Plan 50929), and shall vest in the New Zealand Railways
Corporation on the date of publication hereof in the Gazette.
