Declaration of a State of Civil Defence Emergency
Pursuant to section 52 of the Civil Defence Act 1983, I, Durham Maxwell John Havill, hereby declare a state of local civil defence emergency to be in force in the Southern Ward (Sector G, Franz Josef) of the Westland District.
The state of civil defence emergency shall come into force on the time and date of the making of this declaration.

Time and Date of Declaration: 1930 hours, 2 April 1991.

Declaration Terminating State of Civil Defence Emergency
Pursuant to section 56 of the Civil Defence Act 1983, I, Raymond Breez, hereby terminate the state of local civil defence emergency declared in respect of the Southern Ward (Sector G, Franz Josef) of the Westland District.
The termination of the state of local civil defence emergency shall take effect from the time and date of the making of this declaration.

Notice of Intention to Seek Approval for Code of Practice for Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation Training for the Electrical Industry
Notice is hereby given that the Secretary of Commerce intends to apply, under Part IIIA of the Electricity Act 1968, for the approval of the Minister of Energy to the Code of Practice for CPR Training for the Electrical Industry.
Draft copies of the Code of Practice for CPR Training for the Electrical Industry may be obtained by writing to “CPR Training in the Electrical Industry draft for comment” care of the Chief Inspector, Electrical Workers, Energy and Resources Division, Ministry of Commerce, P.O. Box 2337, Wellington.
