Ltd. on the 16th day of April 1991, passed a resolution for a creditors winding up and accordingly a meeting of creditors will be held at Physical Culture Hall, 43 Moonshine Street, Morrinsville on the 30th day of April 1991 at 2 o’clock in the afternoon.
