Land Acquired for Granting as Compensation in Hauraki District

Pursuant to sections 20 and 21 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for granting as compensation and shall vest in The Waikato Regional Council on the date of publication hereof in the Gazette.

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Land and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Wellington, hereby amends the notice dated the 4th day of December 1990, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 6 December 1990, No. 213 at page 4592, by omitting the following from the heading and the recital: “for water power purposes.”
