Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, hereby revokes the notice dated the 27th day of March 1987, published in the New Zealand Gazette of 2 April 1987, No. 45 at page 1425, declaring stopped Government road in Otorohanga District to be Crown land.

Land Acquired for Soil Conservation and River Control Purposes in Hauraki District

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager, Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for soil conservation and river control purposes and shall vest in The Waikato Regional Council on the date of publication hereof in the Gazette.

Amending a Notice Realigning Road in Otorohanga District

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, hereby amends the notice dated the 1st day of March 1991, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 7 March 1991, No. 36 at page 769, realigning road in Otorohanga District by deleting from paragraph (b) (ii) reference to the area “G” first mentioned therein and substituting “F”.

Amending a Notice Declaring Land Taken and Road Stopped in Otorohanga District

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, hereby amends the notice dated the 5th day of August 1987, published in the New Zealand Gazette of 13 August 1987, No. 135 at page 3874, declaring land to be taken and road stopped, by deleting all reference to memorandum of mortgage H.79158.4 in paragraph (c) (i) and substituting “H. 790158.4”.

Road Stopped and Land Taken in Otorohanga District

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton,

(a) Pursuant to section 116, declares the piece of road described in the First Schedule hereto to be stopped.

(b) Pursuant to sections 117 and 119, declares the land described in the Second Schedule hereto to be taken and further declares that the said stopped road and land taken, now known together as Section 7, S.O. 43501, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 39A/206, South Auckland Land Registry.
