Notice of Proposal to Apply to the Registrar for Declaration of Dissolution of a Society

Pursuant to Section 335A (3) of the Companies Act 1955

In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and the Incorporated Societies Act 1908, and the amendments thereto, and in the matter of Auckland Milk Corporation Sports & Social Club Incorporated A. 1979/54:

I, Louis Henry Davis of Auckland, being the President of Auckland Milk Corporation Sports & Social Club (Inc), hereby give notice that I propose to apply to the Registrar of Incorporated Societies for declaration of dissolution of the society, pursuant to section 24 of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908 and section 335A (3) of the Companies Act 1955.

Unless written objection is made to the District Registrar of Incorporated Societies, Private Bag, Auckland, within 30 days of the publication of this notice, the Registrar may dissolve the society.

Joint Family Homes Act 1964

Notice is hereby given that Jeffrey Thomas Grant of Blenheim, manager and Jennifer Mary Grant, his wife, have, by application No. 157092, applied under the Joint Family Homes Act 1964 to register as a joint family home, the land situated at Argosy Place, Blenheim, and described as 673 square metres, more or less, situate in the Borough of Blenheim, being Lot 6 on D.P. 4796, all certificate of title 3A/959, and that the land will be registered accordingly unless a caveat forbidding the granting of the application is lodged with me under that Act at the District Land Registry Office at Blenheim before the 18th day of July 1991 by some person claiming either to be a creditor of the applicants, or to have some estate or interest in the said land.

Notice of Dissolution of Special Partnership

In the matter of Part II of the Partnership Act 1908, and in the matter of Tenfields Orchard Managements Limited and Company:

It is hereby certified, pursuant to section 62 of the Partnership Act 1908, that Tenfields Orchard Managements Limited and Company ("the special partnership") has been dissolved by virtue of the following:

  1. Tenfields Orchard Managements Limited ("the general partner") is in liquidation by virtue of an order for winding up made by the High Court at Rotorua on 14 November 1989.

  2. The special partnership passed a resolution to wind up on 16 June 1989.

  3. The special partnership passed a resolution to appoint liquidators on 28 September 1990.

  4. The operation of the deed of participation of the special partnership dated 28 June 1984 and the operation of the Partnership Act 1908.

Dated this 18th day of October 1990.
