Notice is given that a meeting of the creditors of the company will be held at the Red Cross Hall, 87 London Street, Hamilton on the 30th day of April 1991 at 10 a.m.

Agenda:

(1) To appoint a chairman under section 284 (4a) of the Companies Act 1955.

(2) To nominate a liquidator of the company in accordance with section 285 of the Companies Act 1955.

(3) To consider any vacancy which may arise in the committee of inspection and seek nominations for filling such vacancy in accordance with section 248 (7) of the Companies Act 1955.

Notice Calling for Proof of Debt

In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of Ventilation Construction Ltd. (in liquidation):

Take notice that the creditors of the company are required on or before the 19th day of July 1991 to prove their debts or claims, and establish any title they may have to priority by delivering or sending through the post to me at my address a formal proof of debt or claim in accordance with the Companies Winding Up Rules Forms 58 or 59 containing their respective debts or claims.
