John Heberley Howard, industrial manager of Wellington is the debenture holder under a debenture dated the 28th day of February 1990 granted by Crescendo Recording Studios Ltd., a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Wellington.
John Heberley Howard, hereby gives notice that he has, as and from the 17th day of April 1991, appointed Alan Raymond Isaac and John Stewart Drage, both of Wellington, chartered accountants, joint and severally as receivers and managers of all the undertakings and all of the assets of Crescendo Recording Studios Ltd.
The office of the said receivers and managers is situated at the offices of KPMG Peat Marwick, Chartered Accountants, Peat Marwick House, 135 Victoria Street, Wellington.

Box 2146), as receivers and managers of all the assets of the above-named company under the power contained in an instrument dated the 4th day of February 1987, being a debenture from North Harbour Plastics Ltd. to Westpac Banking Corporation.
