The above-named company hereby gives you notice that after the expiration of 3 months from the 26th day of March 1991, the company will cease to have a place of business in New Zealand. Cincom Systems of New Zealand Ltd. will continue to trade from its present locations and no alteration in the day to day business operations is intended.

Advertisement of Application for Order

Pursuant to Section 209 of the Companies Act 1955

Take notice that on 13th day of February 1991, an application for an order under section 209 of the Companies Act 1955, in respect of Meadowview Flats Limited was filed in the High Court at Auckland.

The order sought is an order:

(a) Directing the defendant to register the plaintiffs as holders of the shares of the late Frances Lorraine Plunkett in the defendant as trustees and executors of the late Frances Lorraine Plunkett estate.

(b) Directing the defendant to register the transfer of shares from the plaintiff to Rostrevor Edwin Burnell and/or Margaret Beatrice Burnell as beneficiaries of the estate of the late Frances Lorraine Plunkett.

(c) That the costs of and incidental to this application be the costs of the plaintiffs in any event.

The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on Tuesday, the 30th day of April 1991 at 10 a.m.

Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.

The applicants are Peter James Hugh Chamberlain and Rostrevor Edwin Burnell, whose address for service is at the offices of Messrs Chamberlain & Partners, Solicitors, Seventh Floor, AMP Building, 214 Queen Street, Auckland.
