Before the Honourable Mr Justice Gallen on Monday, the 18th day of March 1991

Upon reading the statement of claim, affidavit of Ralph David Berry in support, ex parte application for directions as to service, and memorandum of counsel, this Court hereby orders:

1. That the special resolution of the applicant company entered in the minute book and signed by all the members reducing the nominal capital of the company is confirmed.

2. That a minute in the following form be approved:

"That the capital of Corrine's Landscape Garden Supplies Limited is $10,000 divided into 10,000 ordinary shares of $1 each fully paid up reduced from $600,000 divided into 600,000 ordinary shares of $1 each by cancelling the shares of all members pro rata, any fractions being adjusted as deemed appropriate by the company secretary."
