Revoking a Notice Stopping Road in Tauranga District

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, hereby revokes the notice dated the 13th day of February 1991, published in the New Zealand Gazette of 28 February 1991, No. 78, page 691, declaring road in Tauranga District to be stopped.

Land Acquired for Road in Tauranga District

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for road, and shall vest in the Tauranga District Council on the date of publication hereof in the Gazette.
