Advertisement of Dissolution

Notice is hereby given that the Registrar of Friendly Societies and Credit Unions will, pursuant to section 94 of the Friendly Societies and Credit Unions Act 1982, register an instrument of dissolution of the N.Z.C.D.C. Kerepehi Credit Union, Register No. 66/673, unless within 3 months from the date of the Gazette in which the advertisement appears, a member or other person interested in or having any claim on the funds of the N.Z.C.D.C. Kerepehi Credit Union commences proceedings to set aside such dissolution, and the same be set aside accordingly.
