Declaring a Right of Way and Sewage Drainage Easement to be Acquired Over Land in the City of Upper Hutt

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager, Department of Survey and Land Information, Wellington, declares that an agreement to that effect between the Crown (as registered proprietor) and The Upper Hutt City Council, dated the 30th day of June 1989, having been entered into, a right of way and sewage drainage easement over the land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired subject to the rights and imposing the conditions contained in the said agreement and further declares the said easements shall vest in The Upper Hutt City Council on the date of publication hereof in the Gazette.

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and pursuant to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Wellington, hereby amends the notice dated the 5th day of March 1990 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 7 March 1991, No. 36 at page 766, by omitting the following from the heading:

“in the city of Wellington”

and substituting the following:

“In Block VI, Koi-tata Survey District.”
