APPOINTMENT AND RELEASE OF LIQUIDATORS

By order of the High Court at Auckland dated the 19th day of December 1990, Stephen Robert Patrick and Michael Peter Stiassny of Auckland, have been appointed joint and several liquidators of the above-named company with a committee of inspection comprised of Kevin Clifford Abernathy, director, representing Abernathy Contractors Ltd. of Auckland, and Robin Paul Slessor, manager, representing Humes Concrete Ltd. of Auckland.
