Notice of Appointment of Receiver
Pursuant to Section 346 (1) of the Companies Act 1955

Carter Holt Harvey Merchandising Group Ltd., with reference to Vision Pre Cuts Ltd., hereby gives notice that on the 18th day of December 1990, it appointed Alan James Cunningham of Ernst & Young, whose office is at the corner of Davies Avenue and Amersham Way, Manukau and Graeme Law Ingham of Ernst & Young, Realty House, Durham Street, Tauranga, both chartered accountants, jointly and severally as receivers and managers of the property of this company under the powers contained in an instrument, dated the 11th day of December 1989.

The receivers and managers have been appointed in respect of all the company’s undertaking and all its real and personal property and all its assets and effects, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.

Mortgage Finance New Zealand Ltd., being the mortgagee under a mortgage in its favour, bearing the date of the 16th day of October 1987 and registered at the companies office at Auckland on the 21st day of October 1987, issued by Level 58 Ltd. ("the company"), hereby gives notice that on the 21st day of December 1990, under the powers contained in the said mortgage, it appointed John Joseph Cregen of Auckland, chartered accountant, as receiver of the income of the land charged by the mortgage. Pursuant to Section 346 (1) of the Companies Act 1955

Stephen Cameron O’Hara and Elsie Olive O’Hara, both of Auckland, hereby give notice that on the 28th day of May 1990, we appointed Kenneth Tan Gilbert, chartered accountant of Auckland, as receiver and manager of the property of Accessory Wholesalers (NZ) Ltd. (the company), under the powers contained in a certain debenture, dated the 21st day of August 1989, given by the company to, inter alia, Stephen Cameron O’Hara and Elsie Olive O’Hara.

The address of the said receiver is at the offices of Wylie McDonald & Sneyd, Third Floor, 105 Anzac Avenue, Auckland.
