Classification of Reserve and Declaration That the Reserve be Part of the Clyde Recreation Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, Otago Conservancy, hereby classifies the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, as a recreation reserve, and further, declares the said reserve to form part of the Clyde Recreation Reserve to be administered as a recreation reserve by The Central Otago District Council.

Amending a Proclamation Revoking an Area of Land as a Wildlife Refuge in the Taranaki Acclimatisation District

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to section 14 (1) of the Wildlife Act 1953, I Dame Catherine Anne Tizard, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the proclamation published on the 1st day of March 1990, New Zealand Gazette, No. 31 at page 649,, notifying the revocation of an area of land as a wildlife refuge, in so far as that proclamation relates to all that area of land firstly described in the Schedule of the proclamation published on the 10th day of January 1957, New Zealand Gazette, No. 1 at page 8, as a "Certain Area at Opunake."

Given under the hand of Her Excellency the Governor-General of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 7th day of March 1991.

2. The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is hereby revoked by omitting all reference to the land described in the Second Schedule hereto.
