Declaring Land to be a Recreation Reserve

Pursuant to section 8 (1A) of the Conservation Act 1987, the Minister of Conservation hereby declares that the conservation land described in the Schedule hereto shall be set apart as a recreation reserve subject to the Reserves Act 1977.

Otago Land District—Dunedin City

2264 square metres, more or less, being Section 3, S.O. Plan 23214, situated in Block III, Waikouaiti Survey District. Balance certificate of title 87/139. New Zealand Gazette, 1990, page 3169.

Declaring Conservation Land to be a Reserve

Pursuant to section 8 (1A) of the Conservation Act 1987, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the East Coast Regional Conservator for the Department of Conservation hereby declares that the conservation area described in the Schedule hereto shall be set apart as a reserve subject to the Reserves Act 1977 and classified as a scenic reserve subject to the provisions of section 19 (1) (a) of the latter Act.

996.6370 hectares, more or less, being Tokomaru L and M Blocks and Section 1, S.O. 8276, situated in Blocks XI, XII and XVI, Tokomaru Survey District.

Pursuant to section 7 (1) of the Conservation Act 1987, the Minister of Conservation and the Minister of Lands, being the Minister responsible for the department that has control of the land, jointly declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, is held for conservation purposes and that it shall hereafter be so held.

Reservation and Vesting of a Conservation Area

Pursuant to section 8 (1A) of the Conservation Act 1987, the Minister of Conservation hereby declares that the conservation area described in the Schedule hereto shall be set apart and classified as a local purpose (esplanade) reserve subject to the provisions of the Reserves Act 1977 and that, pursuant to section 26 of that Act, the reserve shall vest in The Kapiti Coast District Council.
