Take notice that a general meeting of the creditors of Multicorp Insurance Ltd. (in liquidation) will be held at the Kingsgate Convention Centre, Downtown, Auckland on the 27th day of March 1991 at 2 p.m.

Agenda:

1. Receive an account from the liquidator of his acts and dealings and of the conduct of the winding up during the preceding year.

2. The liquidator’s account under section 290 of the Companies Act 1955, has been made up for the period which commenced on 14 November 1989 and ended on 13 November 1990.
