Pursuant to Section 346 (1) of the Companies Act 1955

The National Bank of New Zealand with reference to Peter Small Galleries (Auckland) Ltd., hereby gives notice that on the 6th day of March 1991, the bank appointed Stephen John Tubbs and Kevin Michael Thomas, Chartered Accountants, Coopers & Lybrand, Robert Jones Building, 764 Colombo Street, Christchurch, jointly and severally as receivers and managers of the property of this company under the powers contained in an instrument dated the 19th day of October 1988.

The receivers and managers have been appointed in respect of all the company’s undertaking and all its real and personal property and all its assets and effects, whatsovever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.

(under statutory management), a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Wellington, hereby gives notice that on the 25th day of February 1991, it appointed Timothy Wilson Downes and Donald Ross Green, both of Palmerston North, chartered accountants, whose offices are at the offices of Coopers & Lybrand, Palmerston North Civic Centre, The Square, Palmerston North, jointly and severally as receivers and managers of all the property and assets, including freehold land, motor vehicles, plant and machinery, fittings, stock in trade, deposits, current assets, goodwill and unpaid and uncalled capital of Galaxy Farms Ltd., charged by a certain debenture dated the 20th day of May 1990, issued by Galaxy Farms Ltd. in favour of DFC New Zealand Ltd. (under statutory management) a copy of which was registered with the Registrar of Companies on the 28th day of May 1990.
