And—Te Waka Tapu O Takitimu Trust, a duly incorporated board under the Charitable Trusts Act 1957, having its registered office at 311 Lyndon Street, Hastings and being a charitable trust—Defendant:

Take notice that on the 19th day of February 1991, an application for the winding up of Te Waka Tapu O Takitimu Trust was filed in the High Court at Napier.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Napier on Thursday, the 21st day of March 1991 at 10 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
The applicant is The Commissioner of Inland Revenue, whose address for service is at the offices of Messrs Elvidge & Partners, Solicitors, corner of Raffles and Bower Streets, Napier.
