DFC New Zealand Ltd. (under statutory management), a duly
incorporated company having its registered office at
Wellington, with reference to Cotswolds Inn Ltd., hereby gives
notice that on the 27th day of February 1991, it appointed
Peter George Steel of Christchurch, chartered accountant,
whose office is at the firm of Price Waterhouse, Price
Waterhouse Centre, 119 Armagh Street, to be receiver and
manager of all the undertaking, property and assets of this
company charged by a certain debenture dated the 20th day of
September 1985 and given by this company to Development
Finance Corporation of New Zealand.

The rights and benefits of Development Finance Corporation
of New Zealand were vested in DFC New Zealand Ltd., as
successor to the Corporation, pursuant to the provisions of the
Development Finance Corporation of New Zealand Act 1986.

The receiver has been appointed in respect of all the
company’s undertaking and all its property and assets,
whatsoever and wheresoever situate, both present and future,
including its uncalled capital and called but unpaid capital.
