Pursuant to the Telecommunications Act 1987

Notice is hereby given that The Alternate Telecommunications Company Limited which was registered as a registered operator for the purposes of the Telecommunications (International Services) Regulations 1989 on 31 October 1990, has changed its name to Clear Communications Limited.
