And—Assembly of God (Mt Roskill Samoans) Trust Board, a duly incorporated charitable trust having its registered office at 450 Queen Street, Auckland, church—Defendant:

Take notice that on Monday, the 21st day of January 1991, an application for the winding up of Assembly of God (Mt Roskill Samoans) Trust Board by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.

The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on the 21st day of March 1991 at 2.15 p.m.

Any person, other than the defendant trust, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
