Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 346 (1) of the Companies Act 1955

John W. Shackelford & Son Ltd., with reference to Preform Company 403 Ltd., hereby gives notice that on the 31st day of January 1991, the company appointed Wayne Robert Adsert and Marc Reid Belcher, both chartered accountants, whose offices are at the offices of Adsert & Belcher, Chartered Accountants, Level Two, 90 Symonds Street, Auckland, jointly and severally as receivers and managers of the property of this company under the powers contained in an instrument dated the 13th day of December 1990.

The receivers and managers have been appointed in respect of all of the company’s undertaking and all its real and personal property and all its assets and effects, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.

Pursuant to Section 346 (1) of the Companies Act 1955

Benchmark Building Supplies Ltd., a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Auckland, hereby gives notice that on the 15th day of February 1991, it appointed Warwick Leslie Syers of Whangarei, chartered accountant, as receiver and manager of the property of North Country Developments Ltd., trading as Taylormade Homes under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 10th day of March 1989, which property consists of all the undertaking goodwill and assets, both present and future, relating to the operation of the business carried on by the said North Country Developments Ltd.

Notice is given that on the 12th day of February 1991, Westpac Banking Corporation appointed Messrs Anthony J. McCullagh and John B. Burns, both chartered accountants of Auckland, as receivers and managers of the property of Rocks Marketing Services Ltd., under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 21st day of April 1988, given by that company.
