Notice is hereby given that on the 4th day of February 1991, Robin Beynham Coster Stephenson of Christchurch, chartered accountant, whose office is at the offices of Messrs Spicer & Oppenheim, 148 Victoria Street, Christchurch, was appointed as receiver and manager of the property of this company under the powers contained in an instrument dated 14 March 1990, issued by the company to UDC Finance Ltd. and assigned to Stephen John Collins on 1 February 1991.
