Pursuant to section 52 (4) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Christchurch, at the request of the Christchurch City Council, hereby declares the land described in the First Schedule and Second Schedule hereto held by that council for road diversion, to be set apart for road.
