The Prospect Trust with reference to Telecommunication Supplies (1990) Ltd., hereby gives notice that on the 25th day of January 1991, it appointed Kevin James Gillespie of Auckland, chartered accountant, as receiver and manager of the undertaking property and assets of the company which carries on the business of telecommunication supply under the provisions contained in a debenture dated 25 June 1990.

The address of the said Kevin James Gillespie is at the office of Lincorp Financial Services Ltd., Level 2, 82 Symonds Street, Auckland.
