Pursuant to Section 346 (1) (a) of the Companies Act 1955

Nathan Securities Ltd. and Nathan Finance Ltd., being the holders of a debenture dated the 20th day of December 1989 and registered on the 21st day of December 1989 given to them by Packer and Jones (1989) Ltd., hereby give notice that on the 22nd day of January 1991, they appointed David Donald Crichton and Trevor Francis Thornton of Chambers Nicholls, whose office is at AMP Building, Cathedral Square, Christchurch, jointly and severally as receivers and managers of all the property and undertaking of Packer and Jones (1989) Ltd., at the request of the director of the company, pursuant to a special resolution dated the 21st day of January 1991, and pursuant to the powers contained in the said debenture and at law.

The receivers and managers have been appointed in respect of all the company’s undertaking and all its real and personal property and all its assets and effects, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.
