Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981 and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, hereby amends the notice dated the 16th day of September 1991, published in the Gazette of 26 September 1991, No. 144, page 3076, realigning road in Otorohanga District by:

(a) Deleting “Waipa” from the heading and substituting “Otorohanga”;

(b) Inserting “and to statutory land charge B. 047742”, before the word “South” in paragraph (b) (i).

(c) Inserting “subject to Joint Family Home notice S. 602281”, before the word “South” in paragraph (b) (ii).
