(i) The Akitio Ward, comprising the area delineated on S.O. Plan No. 36021 deposited with the Chief Surveyor of the Wellington Land District:

(ii) The Woodville Ward, comprising the area delineated on S.O. Plan No. 36022 deposited with the Chief Surveyor of the Wellington Land District:

(iii) The Pahiatua Ward, comprising the area delineated on S.O. Plan No. 36023 deposited with the Chief Surveyor of the Wellington Land District:

(iv) The Eketahuna Ward, comprising the area delineated on S.O. Plan No. 36024 deposited with the Chief Surveyor of the Wellington Land District.

  1. Establishment of Wanganui Business Development Board—(1) There is hereby established a Board called the Wanganui Business Development Board.

(2) The region for which the Wanganui Business Development Board is established comprises—

(a) That part of the district known as “The Rangitikei District”, being the area delineated on S.O. Plan No. 36042 deposited with the Chief Surveyor of the Wellington Land District, that falls within the region known as “The Manawatu-Wanganui Region”, being the area delineated on S.O. Plan No. 36010 deposited with the Chief Surveyor of the Wellington Land District; and

(b) The following wards of the district known as “The Ruapehu District”, being the area delineated on S.O. Plan No. 36054 deposited with the Chief Surveyor of the Wellington Land District:

(i) The Waimarino Ward, comprising the area delineated on S.O. Plan No. 36058 deposited with the Chief Surveyor of the Wellington Land District:

(ii) The Waiouru Ward, comprising the area delineated on S.O. Plan No. 36059 deposited with the Chief Surveyor of the Wellington Land District; and

(c) That part of the district known as “The South Taranaki District”, being the area delineated on S.O. Plan No. 13063 deposited with the Chief Surveyor of the Taranaki Land District, to the east of the centre of the Patea River; and

(d) The district known as “The Wanganui District”, being the area delineated on S.O. Plan No. 36047 deposited with the Chief Surveyor of the Wellington Land District; and

(e) That part of the district known as “The Taupo District”, being the area delineated on S.O. Plan No. 58049 deposited with the Chief Surveyor of the South Auckland Land District, that falls within the region known as “The Manawatu-Wanganui Region”, being the area delineated on S.O. Plan No. 36010 deposited with the Chief Surveyor of the Wellington Land District.

  1. Establishment of Wellington Business Development Board—(1) There is hereby established a Board called the Wellington Business Development Board.

(2) The region for which the Wellington Business Development Board is established comprises—

(a) The district known as “The Lower Hutt City”, being the area delineated on S.O. Plan No. 35979 deposited with the Chief Surveyor of the Wellington Land District; and

(b) The district known as “The Porirua City”, being the area delineated on S.O. Plan No. 35967 deposited with the Chief Surveyor of the Wellington Land District; and

(c) The district known as “The Upper Hutt City”, being the area delineated on S.O. Plan No. 35985 deposited with the Chief Surveyor of the Wellington Land District; and

(d) The district known as “The Wellington City”, being the area delineated on S.O. Plan No. 35959 deposited with the Chief Surveyor of the Wellington Land District.

  1. Establishment of West Coast Business Development Board—(1) There is hereby established a Board called the West Coast Business Development Board.

(2) The region for which the West Coast Business Development Board is established comprises the region known as “The West Coast Region”, being the area delineated on S.O. Plan No. 11466 deposited with the Chief Surveyor of the Westland Land District, excluding that part of the district known as “The Tasman District”, being the area delineated on S.O. Plan No. 14462 deposited with the Chief Surveyor of the Nelson Land District, that falls within that region.

Proposed Issue of Draft Electrical Code of Practice for the Safe use of Electricity in Medical Locations and Associated Areas

Public comment is sought on draft document ECP:12. This document is proposed to be issued as an electrical code of practice pursuant to Part IIIA of the Electricity Act 1968.

The draft document outlines proposed requirements in relation to the use of electricity in medical locations and associated areas.

Copies of the draft may be obtained by writing to “ECP:12 for comment, Chief Electrical Inspectors Office, Energy and Resources Division, Ministry of Commerce, P.O. Box 2337, Wellington.

Closing date for comments is on the 31st day of March 1992.

Public comment is sought on draft document ECP:34. This document is proposed to be issued as an electrical code of practice pursuant to Part IIIA of the Electricity Act 1968.

The draft document outlines proposed requirements in relation to the distance requirements contained in the Electrical Supply Regulations 1984 into one document.
