Advertising Rates
The following rates for the insertion of material in the Principal Edition of the New Zealand Gazette apply as from 1 July 1991:
Category 1
Single column notices, e.g.: Notices under the Transport Act, Public Works Act — 55c per word.
Category 2
Notices in table form or taking up two columns across the page, e.g.: Regulation Summaries, notices under the Medicines Act — 60c per word.
The appropriate rate to be applied to an advertisement will be determined at the time of setting up the notice for publication. Customers will be invoiced in accordance with standard commercial practices. Advertising rates are not negotiable.
All rates shown are inclusive of G.S.T.

ORDER IN COUNCIL
At Wellington this 16th day of December 1991

THE Hon. W. F. Birch Presiding in Council
Pursuant to section 4 of the Business Development Boards Act 1991, Her Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.
Order
- Title and commencement—(1) This order may be cited as the Business Development Boards Order 1991.
(2) This order shall come into force on the 1st day of February 1992.
- Establishment of Aorangi Business Development Board—(1) There is hereby established a Board called the Aorangi Business Development Board.
(2) The region for which the Aorangi Business Development Board is established comprises—
(a) The district known as “The Ashburton District”, being the area delineated on S.O. Plan No. 18088 deposited with the Chief Surveyor of the Canterbury Land District; and
(b) The district known as “The Mackenzie District”, being the area delineated on S.O. Plan No. 18101 deposited with the Chief Surveyor of the Canterbury Land District; and
(c) The district known as “The Timaru District”, being the area delineated on S.O. Plan No. 18094 deposited with the Chief Surveyor of the Canterbury Land District; and
(d) The district known as “The Waimate District”, being the area delineated on S.O. Plan No. 18106 deposited with the Chief Surveyor of the Canterbury Land District; and
(e) That part of the district known as “The Waitaki District”, being the area delineated on S.O. Plan No. 23106 deposited with the Chief Surveyor of the Otago Land District, that falls within the region known as “The Canterbury Region”, being the area delineated on S.O. Plan No. 18043 deposited with the Chief Surveyor of the Canterbury Land District.
- Establishment of Auckland Business Development Board—(1) There is hereby established a Board called the Auckland Business Development Board.
(2) The region for which the Auckland Business Development Board is established comprises the region known as “The Auckland Region”, being the area delineated on S.O. Plan No. 63484 deposited with the Chief Surveyor of the North Auckland Land District.
- Establishment of Bay of Plenty Business Development Board—(1) There is hereby established a Board called the Bay of Plenty Business Development Board.
