Trustees have specific power to negative personal liability in transacting on behalf of the trust.

The scheme allows the board to amend the trust deed by special resolution provided the charitable purposes of the trust are not affected and provides for disposal of surplus assets upon winding up.

A copy of the amended scheme approved by the High Court has been deposited in and may be inspected at the Registry of the High Court at Wellington.

Notice is hereby given that at a special general meeting of Good News Trust held on the 27th day of February 1990, a resolution was passed that as a declaration of solvency had been filed in accordance with section 24 of the Charitable Trusts Act 1957, the trust be wound up voluntarily and that E. G. Borrie be appointed liquidator.
