Land Transfer Act Notices

Application C. 317011.1 having been made to me to register a notice of re-entry by Kwok Yiu Gin, restaurant proprietor, Chan San Fung Gin, married woman and Brian Andrew Kennedy, solicitor, all of Auckland, the lessors under and by virtue of memorandum of lease B. 970576.4, being a sub-lease of lease 030741.1, subject to mortgage B. 970376.5 to National Mutual Finance Limited in all that parcel of land containing 2367 square metres, more or less, being Lot 1, Deposited Plan 36186, and being part Allotment 1A of Section 12, Suburbs of Auckland, and being all the land contained in certificate of title 80D/939 (North Auckland Registry), of which Hamlins Holdings Limited, the lessee, I hereby give notice of my intention to register such notice of re-entry on the expiration of 1 calendar month from the date of the Gazette containing this notice, unless good cause to the contrary is shown.

Evidence of the loss of the outstanding copy of lease 309461.2 affecting certificate of title 29D/337, whereunder Kim Calderwood Svensen and Sonja Maria Svensen are the lessees, having been lodged with me together with an application to register a surrender of the said lease without production of the said lease in terms of section 44 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, notice is hereby given of my intention to register such surrender of lease upon expiration of 14 days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.
