Trust Bank Central Limited, hereby gives notice that on the 6th day of December 1991, it appointed Jeremy Elvidge, orchardist of Cromwell, receiver of income and manager of the land in certificate of title 11A/476 (Otago Registry), as charged by a certain mortgage No. 700450.1, given by Summerfruit Orchards Limited in favour of Trust Bank Eastern and Central, which mortgage is now vested in Trust Bank Central Limited.

The situation of the office of the receiver of income and manager is at Freeway Orchard, State Highway 8B, Cromwell.

Richard Seward Gibbons and Colin Geoffrey Gibbons, the debenture holders with reference to Gibbons Contractors Limited, hereby give notice that on the 28th day of November 1991, they appointed Richard Seward Gibbons whose office is at Totara Creek, R.D. 3, Kaukapakapa, as receiver and manager of the property of Gibbons Contractors Limited under the powers contained in the debenture dated the 15th day of August 1978, given by the company to the Bank of New Zealand which debenture was transferred to the debenture holders by deed of transfer dated on the 14th day of October 1991.
