Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for a local purpose (carpark) reserve subject to the Reserves Act 1977 and shall vest in The Waikato District Council on the date of publication hereof in the Gazette.

Amending a Notice Acquiring Land for Soil Conservation and River Control Purposes in Thames-Coromandel District

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, hereby amends the Gazette notice published 7 November 1991, No. 168, page 3521, acquiring land for soil conservation and river control purposes in Thames-Coromandel District by omitting the area fourteenthly described in the Schedule thereto and substituting the following:

“8.8705 Part Lot 2, D.P. S. 45248; marked “AB” on S.O. Plan 56401”.
