Amending a Notice Declaring Crown Land Set Apart for Police Purposes (Residence) in the City of Dunedin

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Dunedin, hereby amends the notice dated the 7th day of November 1991 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 14 November 1991, No. 173 at page 3593, declaring Crown land set apart for police purposes (residence) in the city of Dunedin by inserting in the Schedule the words and numbers “D.P. 56” after the words and numbers “Lot 30”.

Declaring Land Acquired, Subject to a Drainage Easement, for a School in the Queenstown Lakes District

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Dunedin, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for a school, subject as to the land secondly described to a drainage easement in gross in favour of The Queenstown Lakes District Council described in the Second Schedule hereto and shall vest in the Crown on the 5th day of December 1991.
